“At 8:00 p.m., we kick off our mega launch concert with an impressive cast of local performers, including season two winner Tarique O’Neal and finalist Tae, Edwin Yearwood and Krosfyah, Road March King Brucelee Almightee and Kimberly Inniss.”

Grazette added that the other performances, which will range from dance to music and comedy, will come from the Haynesville Youth Club, Quan De Artiste, Miguel White & Mylon Clarke, ZigE Walcott & Nakita, Jason & Biko, Chris The Klassic and Kelvin Carvalho & Friends.  There will also be a special tribute to the late Carolyn Leacock by Ronnie Morris & Shadia Marshall.

Encouraging Barbadians to come out and enjoy the activities, Grazette added: “During the concert Barbadians will get full details on this year’s programme, including the grand prize up for grabs, the registration process for auditions and other important information on various aspects of Baje to the World and its goal to develop well-rounded Barbadian artistes.

“Season two was a huge success and many Bajans are looking forward to this new series.  We are anxiously awaiting the selection process of the lucky Barbadians who will go forward to our preliminaries/challenges, where they will have the opportunity to showcase their talent for the entire country.” (GIS/PR)
