Frank conversation took place last weekend with a panel discussion in Golden Square Freedom Park. Prime Minister of Barbados, Mia Amor Mottley, Prime Minister St Vincent and the Grenadines, Dr Ralph Gonsalves, Vice Chancellor of the University of the West Indies, Sir Hilary Beckles and Caricom Secretary General Dr Carla Bennett engaged the public as they discussed issues pertaining to the region.
