CARIFESTA XV

Barbadians witnessed a spectacular parade and show last, Friday August 22nd, it marked the commencement of 10 days of Caribbean culture as contingents from several islands have arrived on island to take part in a range of events which include dance, song, drama, workshops, visual arts exhibition, literary labs and curated tours.

Hundreds came out to witness and support their island as they were presented to the public at Queens Park.
