MOUNT GAY’S ‘A TASTE OF HOME’ COCKTAIL COMPETITION FINALS ON THURSDAY
SIX INTERNATIONAL Bartenders will be in Barbados this week to compete in the Mount Gay ‘A Taste of Home’ Cocktail Competition, which comes off on Thursday (May 18).
They are Patty Dennison, Graham Essex, Melanie Getman, Marco Pastanella, Jesse Rodriguez and Chris O’Neal, who were chosen from among hundreds of bartenders from across the United States, after crafting one-of-a-kind cocktails which emphasised sustainability, made with Mount Gay and local ingredients.
On this exclusive trip to Barbados, the bartenders will compete for the national title in the Vinepair and Collectif 1806 sponsored competition, and also get the opportunity to explore the Mount Gay brand and the island.
