Cooperators  General Insurance CEO Anton Lovell at the Collymore Rock location

on May 31st announced the launch of their  “Relax We have You covered” Hurricane season promotion.  Stating that Cooperators  General  continues to look out for its members, Mr. Lovell announced that the Insurance agency will not increase its rates in spite of the increasing prices seen worldwide in fact he emphasised that Cooperators pledges to maintain existing rates for 2022

Mr. Lovell announced the partnership  between the Insurance company and Infinity Beach represented by Ken Hutson and  Channel Supermarket  represented by Dwayne Mapp.  Both parties announced their pleasure at partnering with Cooperators General on this promotion which runs from June 1 through November 2022 and will see one lucky policyholder receiving a food hamper each month leading up to the grand prize of a staycation for two at Infinity on the Beach.

Time was taken to give potential insurers as well as existing policy holders to discuss some of the issues which have been raised in the public arena recently.  He stated that one of the issues he has see has been home owners opting to under insure their properties he advised against such a practice since in the event of a disaster there would be a payout of a lesser value than the actual value of the property to homeowner.  Mr. Lovell recommended all homeowners to obtain a valuation on their properties, that they insure the contents of their homes and made a call to tenants in rental properties advising them that they to can insure property owned in their unit or house.
