St. John Entrepreneurs To Undergo BTFL Training In June

Several entrepreneurs in St. John will have an opportunity to sharpen their business skills early next month, when the Barbados Trust Fund Limited (BTFL) hosts its community-based B to B Outreach Training Programme.

It will be held on June 2, 3, 4, 5, and 10, at the Gall Hill Pavilion, St. John, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

The interactive training will provide participants with an opportunity to empower themselves and strengthen the foundation of their business; improve decision-making; and prepare for funding opportunities. On completion, they will be eligible to apply for a micro business loan of up to $5,000 from the Fund.

Participants will learn about Financial Management; Sales, Marketing and Public Speaking; Business Management and Business Model Canvas; Entrepreneurship, Business Readiness and Continuity;  Productivity and Digital Transformation.
