THORNE THE NEW OPPOSITION LEADER
The Hon. Ralph Thorne, SC, was sworn in yesterday, Monday February 12 as the Opposition Leader of Barbados. The swearing in ceremony was done at State House by the President of Barbados, Her Excellency the Most Honourable Dame Sandra Mason. Thorne officially assumes the position that was vacant since the Mia Mottley led Barbados Labour Party won its second consecutive 30-0 win at the polls in 2022.
