Christopher Gibbs is an engineer, business leader, and Member of Parliament He holds a Bachelor’s (Hons) and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology (Florida Tech), specialising in fibre optic sensor systems and wireless communication networks. His professional career in the wireless industry in the United States, working for four years as a Wireless RF Engineer. He is also recognised as one of the first engineers to test 3G wireless networks in the U.S.

He served as Chairman of Barbados Tourism Investment Inc. for seven years, Christopher also led family businesses as Managing Director of Pelican Produce and ScottysFresh Market for seven years.

Damien Fanus is an attorney at law with experience across law in education, sport and youth development. A graduate of the University of the West Indies and the Hugh Wooding Law School he has practised in both private and corporate environments. Beyond law, he has served as a physician education teacher, athletic administrator and semi professional athlete with Defence Force Sports Programme.

Andre Worrell is an organisational leadership specialist and parliamentarian with a record in workforce development, public service and policy advocacy. He has served in the Senate from 2010 to 2018 and was returned as Opposition Senator in 2024.

Raymond Wiggins is a philanthropist, business owner, and FOD Executive Council member. With experience in advertising, finance, and tax services, he is deeply committed to educational reform and community upliftment.
