Kooyman Upgrades Customer Rewards
Kooyman and Fun Miles join forces to deliver a smarter, more rewarding experience
Kooyman will partner with Fun Miles to deliver greater rewards and loyalty programme benefits to customers in Barbados.
Fun Miles is an extensive customer reward programme, based in the Caribbean, with established partnerships in telecommunications, travel, retail, wines and spirits, food service, and other popular consumer categories in Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, and St. Maarten.
Fun Miles will officially enter the Barbados market on September 1st, and Kooyman, which previously offered customer rewards via Massy Card, will transition its customer rewards partnership to Fun Miles.
Juri Kooyman, CEO of the hardware megastore, which recently celebrated its fifth anniversary in Barbados, stated that the decision to partner with Fun Miles was natural. He noted that it was consistent with Kooyman’s policy of ensuring customers across markets could enjoy the same high-quality rewards and service.
“We are excited to bring the Fun Miles experience to Barbados, offering a seamless and valuable rewards programme that meets our customers’ expectations. This upholds our commitment to providing the best for our customers, and we are confident that Fun Miles will deliver,” Kooyman said.
Kooyman said the new rewards partnership is expected to provide more personalised value and greater engagement for all customer categories. He noted that Kooyman is working to ensure that neither business nor individual customers are inconvenienced during the transition.
