OLD SUPREME COURT REOPENS TOMORROW

The Old Supreme Court Complex, at Coleridge Street, The City, will be officially reopened and renamed tomorrow, Friday, November 18.

Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley will deliver the feature address during the ceremony and announce the new name of the complex, while remarks will be given by Chief Justice Sir Patterson Cheltenham, and Attorney General Dale Marshall.

President of Barbados, Her Excellency, the Most Honourable Dame Sandra Mason, will be in attendance, as well as Members of the Cabinet, the legal fraternity and senior government officials.

Work on the new Complex at Coleridge Street commenced last year but was delayed because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
