CITY OF BRIDGETOWN
Michael Lashley is an attorney at law and King’s Counsel. He practises law in Barbados, the British Virgin Islands, and the Cayman Islands, and has been called to the Bar in Tortola, British Virgin Islands, and in St Lucia. Dale Rowe is a financial advisor. Professionally he has used financial literacy and planning as tools for empowerment and long-term security launching a non-profit initiative aimed at addressing community challenges.
ST. MICHAEL SOUTH EAST
Santia Bradshaw was appointed to the Barbados Senate on November 9, 2010, Deputy Minister Bradshaw transitioned to the House of Assembly as the elected Member of Parliament for the St. Michael South-East constituency in 2013. She has also served as the Leader of Government Business. Her first ministerial role as Minister of Education, Technological and Vocational Training, was in 2018 having last served as Ministerof Transport, Works, and Water Resources. Deputy Prime Minister Bradshaw is a trained barrister and an accomplished attorney-at-law with over 20 years’ experience.
Pedro Shepherd is a veteran educator and trade union leader with almost forty decades in teaching, labour relations and national leadership. He is a trained graduate teacher and has served as President of the Barbados Union of Teachers and First Vice President of the Congress of Trade Unions and Staff Association of Barbados. He currently serves a the Assistant General Secretary of the Congress.
