The Barbados Defence Force’s Emergency Medical Team will provide free health checks and persons can obtain important safety and disaster preparedness information during presentations.
There will be lots of prizes and surprises for seniors as they engage in aspects of disaster management. Additionally, dancers will have the opportunity to show off their moves during the line dancing segment to live DJ music.
Buses will leave the Farley Hill National Park for the return trip to the original starting points at 2:30 p.m. For further information, call the DEM at 438-7575 or BARP at 538-2277. (PR)
