Candidates for Christ Church West and St. Lucy

The focus continues as we draw closer to election day on February 11, 10 days away.

ST LUCY

Peter Phillips was first elected as Member of Parliament for St. Lucy in 2018 and has served as Chairman of Committees in the Barbados Parliament.

Ian Griffith is a respected funeral director, businessman and community leader. Educated locally and professionally trained in the United States in Funeral Directing and Mortuary Science.

Sherlan Davis is a tradesman, entrepreneur, and small business advocate with experience in plumbing, transportation, and online marketing.

CHRIST CHURCH WEST CENTRAL

Adrian “Medic” Forde is a pharmacist. A graduate of the Barbados Community College Pharmaceutical Programme, he also holds a postgraduate certificate in Drug Abuse and Sexually Transmitted Diseases. His professional experience includes training pharmacist interns at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital and teaching at St. Leonard’s Boys’ School. He was elected Member of Parliament for Christ Church West Central in 2018 and 2022.

Rasheed Belgrave is an attorney-at-law, entrepreneur and community leader. After being called to the bar he established his own practice, Belgrave Chambers. He chose to pursue legal studies abroad and returned home as a qualified barrister.
